Just "assembled" this drawer set. Terrible. The slides are plastic, the parts are even thinner, cheaper particle board than one would usually expect, and the particle boards split at several spots when nailing parts together. Knowing that this was a cheap, get-me-through kind of piece, I set my sights pretty low. So I was a little surprised that Closet Maid seems to have worked so hard to make sure it wouldn't live up to my very low expectations. Has been out of the box for less than an hour and already is in the dumpster. Not even worth shipping back to Amazon. Should have saved an hour of my life that I'll never get back by just dumping the entire package in the garbage when it arrived.
